Form is the key
When running, the form is the key to avoiding shin splits, hip pains, knee pains, and injuries. With the right form, you can avoid the wrong impact. Repetition is important, to train your body. With repetition, you can train your body to adapt the new running form as the new relaxed form. The relaxed form is the form your body takes when it is tired and your brain shuts off, focused on a repetitive act. The idea is to have the muscle memory present, to shut off the anguish, of thinking about every step of the run. There are two choices when running, enjoy the ride, or be focused on every step, every drop of the foot onto the pavement. After drilling for a while and creating the right behavior when stationary, running will become easier to endure.
